Shaker cup

A shaker cup frees you to create an instant protein shake at work, at the gym, on the trail, at the campsite, or in your car.

Add in a liquid of your choosing, based on personal preference. Some great additions would be either almond milk, coconut milk, 1% milk, rice milk, fruit juice, or water (note: if you’re using a milk product, the more milk you add, the creamier it gets).

Step 2. Add two scoops of CleanShake to the blender.

Step 3. Add one cup of ice, frozen fruit, or a mixture of both (note: the more ice or frozen fruit you add, the thicker it gets).

Step 2. Add your CleanShake powder, then add few ice cubes (optional).

Step 3. Before shaking, screw the lid firmly onto the cup and press the flip-cap down until it snaps in place (I like to keep one finger on the cap while shaking, just to make sure it stays closed).

Step 4. Shake the protein combination vigorously up-and-down for 20 to 30 seconds.
